Shipping / Returns & Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please Note Due to Covid-19 Shipping may take longer than normal. We appreciate your patience.

Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail on business days. Priority Mail normally takes about 3 business days to arrive. Currently, we only ship domestically within USA.

If applicable, you may track your package at USPS Post website, or log into your account to review your order. All orders are processed by our team. We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible when they are placed, but we ask that you allow 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Any order placed after 05:00 pm EST may not be processed until the next business day (so, if you place an order on Friday after 05:00pm EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and some holidays do not count as business days.

Some orders can take longer if there are credit card authorization or security issues or high holiday season volume. To ensure the quickest processing time, especially during the busy holiday seasons, please make sure to add a contact number such as a cell phone or work number when you are checking out. While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather,  postal errors or other factors beyond our control.

 

Following these procedures help ensure your orders are processed quickly and smoothly:

       1. Include a contact number at checkout
       2. Double-check the address and all information before submitting your order.
       3. Add [email protected]  to your email allow list to be sure that you'll receive email notifications if there are any questions or issues with your order.
       4. If you receive a notice or call asking you to contact us, please respond. It often means that we will not be able to proceed without additional information from you.
       5. If you are emailing about an order, please include the name the order was placed in and the order number, if known. This will help us locate your order information and respond more quickly.

Oversized Packages:

Orders consisting of physically large items may be classified as oversized by the US Post. This can cause the shipping cost to differ from what was calculated at checkout. In this event, we will contact you with an exact shipping cost for your approval before proceeding with the order. Please understand that oversized status and any additional costs are determined by the shipping services and are not under our control.

If the shipping address for your order does not match the billing address on your credit card, we may require you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This extra step in the ordering process helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. We may need to contact you via either the phone number or email address that you provided with your order to inform you of this requirement.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available when the order total is $99USD or more (before taxes and not including shipping). This discount will be added automatically to your order.

Curbside Pick-up:

If you choose curbside pick-up at checkout, please call us when you arrive at 443-604-3578. Please let us know the make and model of your car, and have your receipt handy. We recommend parking in front of the West Parking lot entrance. Please note our shop hours, as we will be unable to deliver outside of that time. RETURN POLICY:

All Sales Final on donations, 3 Gear Studios artist items, Crystal Sales &, Randomized (ex: TCG, MTG, etc ) Packs, etc,  Used/ Vintage Games.

The product must still be in MINT FACTORY (SEALED) CONDITION or in the same condition it was sent. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund the merchandise and we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping. We must be notified of the return within 7 business days of purchase. You must contact us at [email protected] before making any returns. Failure to do so may prevent us from providing the refund. Please have your receipt/ proof of purchase handy as we will need the order number. We cannot accept a return without it. For returns that are accepted, the refund amount will be reimbursed to the same credit/debit card on which the item was purchased; unless paid for in cash. 

All products are shipped in factory-fresh condition unless otherwise noted in the description. Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the condition of the contents are not considered damage, either for manufacturing returns or for insurance claims. A small scuff or dent on packaging incurred during shipping, for example, does not constitute item damage. If you wish to return an item due only to a minor flaw in the package, shipping and restock fees will apply. If you are a collector seeking pristine packaging, please visit our store directly. 

If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. If the package is too large or very valuable, please contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping. Please include your invoice with your return.

If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to up to a 15% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, 3 Gear Studios LLC is not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!

 

Cancellations:

Orders - May be canceled as long as they have not been processed (usually the next business day).- We cannot cancel orders once they are processed and shipped out. Please contact us via email ([email protected]) to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be canceled. 

Pre-Orders & Special Orders- May be canceled on a case by case basis. This will depend on whether the item is able to be canceled with our distribution. Please send us an email if you have any questions about canceling your Pre-Order or Special Order.

Events: For 3 Gear Studios/ Games events, refunds will not be issued, due to a no-show.

A refund will be issued if we cancel an event and are unable to reschedule it.

Customs Fees:

Currently, we only ship domestically within the continental USA.

However, when we do ship internationally there may be customs fees:

The customer is responsible if any duties and taxes are imposed by their country at their country's border. Custom fees are very common. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information, we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not set 3 Gear Studios LLC and are not paid to us.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CUSTOMS FEES AND RETURNS: 

If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to your door and then back to us.
